Broken Glass products (on arrival through post)
We do our best to safely pack glass products for every order however sometimes they break on their journey through Australia Posts mailing system. If this is the case please take a photo and email it through to email@example.com and we'll mail out a replacement as soon as possible. Alternatively we can organise a refund of the money used to purchase the broken piece.
All we want at the end of the day is for all our customers to enjoy the handmade products we put all our energy and love into producing every day!
Damaged Product (on arrival through post)
If your product, lid or label is noticeably damaged in any way upon arrival please take a photo and email it through to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll replace the product free of charge. Since most of our products are for personal use we do not accept returns and would prefer sending out a brand new item to your door.

If you suspect something's not quite right with the product you've purchase please email your concerns through to email@example.com or give us a call on 0404 912 009 alternatively you can message us via social media.
